Anyone who spends any time with me knows that I love food — thinking about food, making food, eating food, telling people about food. Why not add it into Tech and Tea?
First, I'm loving the food threads on Substack. I originally joined in order to write, and follow some other writers -- but certainly by the time they introduced Notes I've realized that it's becoming a great space for food writing. I love it. I have to figure out how to bridge this - a second substack? Or just occasional "off-topic" posts? Not sure!
Second- love your pix and stories. The okonomiyaki hack might lure me back to Trader Joes. I hope you keep up this thread.
Finally - what am I eating lately? We took advantage of the last weekend of mussel season (CA is closed May-Oct) and harvested a couple pounds of amazing mussels at low tide near Half Moon Bay, brought them home to steam w red wine, spanish chorizo, garlic/onion/carrot etc. And before the weather got cold again, negronis on the porch.
Great pics and like the % options and TJ ideas! Air fryer chicken with little potatoes and some veg has been my go-to if I can’t think of anything to make.
What I've been eating...
*Hello* fellow foodie! 🥰🥰🥰
Well now I am hungry! And I need to check out those TJ's korean pancakes! Thanks so much for the shoutout!
So many thoughts!

Until I figure out how my food might fit on substack, I share it here https://www.instagram.com/feeding_wonder/ and here https://www.jam.ai/jam/feeding-wonder.
TJ corn chips are the best!
Whoa that Okonomiyaki looks so legit, amazing hack
